You are a project manager in a company named Rainsource. Rainsource is a mediun size business with 1000 employees. Rainsource produces all kinds of Bycicles.

You are an project manager and you have been sign this project.

Currently, the Rainsource company only has one factory in New York.

 » What is the project about? » Which part of the organization will the project affect?
Our Current production of bycicles is 1,500,000. Current Market demand is 3,200,000. Our Sales team anticipates a growing demand of 35% per year. Currently our factory is working at 80% capacity. In order to meet market demand we need to increase Productivity of Bycicles or we may loose market share.

We need to increase production within the next three months.

If our company does not increase production. BI our closest competitor is increasing it's production to take on our product shorter.
